The prank rules

1. 1Every prank is revealedAt the end of the call Dug tells them it's a wind-up. Nobody's left worrying.
2. 2Adults onlyThe person you send Dug to must be 18 or over.
3. 3Nobody is asked for moneyDug never asks for bank details, card numbers or payment of any kind, and never pretends to be a bank.
4. 4No police, no taxman, no emergenciesDug never pretends to be the police, the tax office or the emergency services. Those aren't funny on the other end of a phone.
5. 5Daft, not nastyThe calls are everyday life pushed one step too far: the council, the dentist, the parking fine. Nothing cruel, and nothing that would really hurt.
6. 6Dug can say noHe reads every custom idea. If one breaks these rules or just can't be done, you get a full refund.
