When you order a prank

We keep the first name and phone number you give us for the person being pranked, any detail you add, the email address from your payment, and the recording. That's what the call needs. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

The recording is sent to you. We don't publish it. If a call goes out on Dug's social media, that's with the people involved having agreed to it.

If you're the one who got pranked

Every prank is revealed at the end of the call. If you'd like the recording deleted, email us and we'll do it.

Sponsors and enquiries

If you fill in the sponsor form we keep what you typed so we can reply. For running sponsors we count how many people saw and tapped their card each day. No individual tracking.

Cookies and sign-in

The public site sets no tracking cookies. The private admin uses a sign-in cookie.

Deleting your data

Email us and we'll delete what we hold about you or your order, including the recording.
